Great food, (thanks Nicole Reid!) and beautiful home! Some thoughts: Need mirrors in bedrooms and new shower curtain liner in main floor bathroom. (mildewed) Safety concern w/ no railings on back deck steps. The yoga classes were wonderful; time spent together or on your own if you wanted were accommodated seamlessly. Activities were fun and yet no pressure to comply with a lovingly easeful schedule!

I had a wonderful time! It was just the right amount of planned activities and free time. The catering was very nice and the food was very good.

Every single moment of this trip was thoughtfully curated. The yoga classes were tailored to fit the pace of the week and the love and attention put into moments together was incredible. I will certainly book one of their retreats again. I departed the resort feeling physically refreshed and spiritually rejuvenated.

Incredible. Life changing. Unforgettable. Every detail was planned and I completely relaxed and was able to fully unwind. Will definitely return on another trip with intentional yoga.

My trip to Costa Rica with IY was uplifting, rejuvenating, and FUN!!!! From waking with the sunrise to gathering over morning fruit and coffee, early morning yoga practice, delicious meals and thrilling activities, I had the BEST time connecting with my fellow travelers and this beautiful country. Retreats with my IY family are my favorite gift that I give to myself, and I can't wait to join in community with more beautiful souls in another gorgeous location again. Pura Vida!
